Upon registering for membership and fellowship of IDPOA, your card will be billed immediately for the first year of service. You will also enter into a WorldPay FuturePay agreement, which will automatically bill your card at yearly intervals until the agreement is cancelled. Please make a note of this renewal date. Your credit card statement will clearly indicate a payment to The International Dynamic Positioning Operators Association (IDPOA).
If, following your initial payment, you decide that you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. To claim this refund, you must contact The International Dynamic Positioning Operators Association (IDPOA) in writing within seven days of your having been notified of the payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the WorldPay website using the details sent to you by e-mail following registration. Alternatively, you may contact The International Dynamic Positioning Operators Association (IDPOA) in writing to request cancellation. Your premium membership status will continue until one year following the date of your last payment. If you choose to cancel your subscription mid-term, you will not be entitled to a partial refund. You will be notified in writing before your renewal date (see note below on communications from WorldPay). You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date as a refund cannot be made thereafter.
IMPORTANT: You must ensure that important correspondence from WorldPay reaches you. Add 'shopper@uk.worldpay.com' to your safe senders list. Important communications may be lost if you do not ensure that your email client and ISP will allow emails from WorldPay. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of communication under these circumstances.
