OGX Petróleo e Gás Participações S.A., the largest Brazilian private sector oil and gas company in terms of offshore exploratory acreage, has announced it has secured, through its subsidiary OGX Petróleo e Gás Ltda, a fifth semi-submersible drilling rig named Ocean Star, to be provided by Diamond Offshore Netherlands B.V.
