IHC Merwede has successfully launched Subsea 7′s 550 t pipelaying vessel, Seven Waves, at its shipyard in Krimpen aan den IJssel, The Netherlands. The ship will be used in the develoment of Brazilian deepwater oilfieldson behalf of Petrobras.

DesgagnĂ©s and its subsidiary Relais Nordik have christened “M/V Bella DesgagnĂ©s”, a new vessel specially designed for and dedicated to the maritime service of Anticosti Island and the Lower North Shore.

Ulstein Verft in Norway delivered newbuild PSV Blue Power to Blue Ship Invest on March 6, 2013. The vessel was built utilising Ulstein’s X-BOW hull design, and comes with DP II, a cargo deck area of 850m², accommodation capacity for 24 persons, and a load capacity of 4,200 tonnes (dwt).
