Vantage Drilling Company has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 55 percent ownership interest in Mandarin Drilling Corporation, a Marshall Islands corporation, from F3 Capital, an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands for a purchase price of approximately US$139.65 million.
