GETTING LUKOIL

A consortium made up of, LUKOIL Overseas, US Vanco and Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, GNPC, has discovered a significant hydrocarbon accumulation in the Gulf of Guinea offshore the Republic of Ghana, Lukoil said in a press release.
